Serving as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman since July 2018, Dato’ Dr. Mohd. Aminuddin has a rich background in biochemistry and agricultural chemistry and has held various leadership positions throughout his career.

Appointed in December 2021, Dato’ Martini binti Osman has extensive experience in credit delivery, human resource training and corporate communications. Her career includes 34 years of service with Bank Pertanian Malaysia, until she retired as the President/CEO of Agrobank.

Joining in March 2023, Mr. Wong Jee Seng is an Independent Non-Executive Director with over 20 years of senior management experience in the banking industry. He is a Chartered Management Accountant with expertise in capital management, mergers & acquisition and fund management.

As an Executive Director since September 2019, Mr. Christopher Tan is actively involved in the marketing and development of Tanco Group’s current and future projects. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a degree in Commerce.

Appointed as an Executive Director in September 2012, Mr. Koay Ghee Teong has a background in law and is the CEO of Tanco Resorts Berhad, playing a key role in the group’s restructuring and corporate planning.
